Material used for manufacturing chain components is tested for chemical and physical properties. Side links are of carbon steel and heat-treated. Pins and bush are manufactured from case carbonizing steel and case hardened to depth up to 1mm. We manufacture these chains as per customers requirement and also as per customers drawing. These chains are used for feeding to boilers, in process industries and conveyors for special applications and material handling and also in return baggage carriers.

Forged block type chain is widely used in place of inter carriers and rake carrier chains. These chains are manufactured from forged blocks of various pitch as per customers requirement and breaking load of chain. Material of forged block is carbon steel and also can be manufactured from alloy steels. Replaceable bushes are used to re-use blocks and minimize cost of maintenance. These chains gives very good life and trouble-free performance.

Feeder Table Chains are used for feeding sugarcane to cane carriers. We manufacture these chains for various breaking loads and using alloy steels to give long chain life. Pusher link dogs in various geometry are manufacture to handle bulk quantity of sugarcane.
