Close tolerance in all moving parts, case hardened pin, bush and rollers, heat treated side links, long lasting lubricating media helps to give longer life and trouble free running of equipment. All machining components are manufactured on CNC machines and heat treated in modern heat treatment plant. All raw material and finished components are tested for metallurgy, microstructure and physical properties. Material of construction of chains is varied as per application and various operating conditions of equipment. We manufacture chains for handling chemicals, abrasive material, corrosive atmosphere and high temperature application.
