These sprockets are manufactured from forged blanks or cast steel as per customers requirement. Teeth are cut on precision machine and case hardened.

Duplex sprockets for various chains are manufactured by us. We do undertake sprocket manufacturing of heavy duty application and higher pitch sprockets.

We manufacture triplex sprocket as per standards and also as per customers drawing. Material of construction depends on customers’ requirement.
