API Coupling
 | Our API 5CT licensed couplings are manufactured for casings and tubing. We manufacture all range of couplings as per API specifications in all groups for casings and tubing. We also offer various sizes of couplings that come in variety of uses in oil fields.
Our couplings conform to specifications set by American Petroleum Institute (API).
API approved couplings for tubing and casing manufactured in the Techno Trak’s sophisticated manufacturing set up under stringent quality control. For coupling stock, seamless tubes from renowned manufacturers are used. The technically qualified and experienced staff and skilled work force ensures prompt and timely delivery of products, using in house testing and inspection facilities.
The coupling are subjected to zinc phosphating to prevent rusting and coated on thread by VCI oil. The range of couplings extends from 2⅜” to 13⅜”, under grades H-40, J-55, JK-55, L-80, N-80, P-110 etc. |

 | In most of conveyor systems, chains has got application. Various types of attachments and systems are used along with chains depending on conveying applications. We design and manufacture chains used in various conveyor applications like chassis handling conveyors, overhead conveyors, baggage handling conveyors etc. Heavy duty chains with pitch more than 3" is our specialty. |

Sugar Industry Chains
 | Heavy duty roller chain manufactured by us are widely used in various applications. Custom built chains, specific application chains and critical application chains are our specialty. Close tolerance in all moving parts, case hardened pin, bush and rollers, heat treated side links, long lasting lubricating media helps to give longer life and trouble free running of equipment. All machining components are manufactured on CNC machines and heat treated in modern heat treatment plant. All raw material and finished components are tested for metallurgy, microstructure and physical properties. Material of construction of chains is varied as per application and various operating conditions of equipment. We manufacture chains for handling chemicals, abrasive material, corrosive atmosphere and high temperature application. |
CNC Machined Components
 | We do undertake manufacturing of CNC machined components in close tolerances. Components requiring forging, casting, precision machining, heat treatment etc. are manufactured by us as per customers drawing and requirements. We also manufacture various assemblies, sub assemblies and individual mechanisms involving various operations.
Assemblies and sub assemblies manufactured by us can be used in building machines, automobiles, SPM systems etc. |
Conveyor Slats
 | Slats manufactured by us are used in various applications. Material handling systems requirement for any application using slats is fulfilled by us in respect of chains and slats. |
Sprockets
 | Sprockets in various grades are manufactured by us. We are specialized in sprockets for chains having bigger pitch and for heavy duty application. Teeth of sprockets are accurately machined and case hardened. |
