An ISO 9001:2000 certified company further proved its ability by getting API 5 CT certificate for manufacturing coupling for casing and tubing. Present setup of Techno Trak is adequate to manufacture API couplings as well as heavy duty roller chains for various industries and applications. State of art machining facility, in house heat treatment shop and testing facility and stringent quality control are some of key features of the company.

Presently we are supplying couplings to various countries like US, Vietnam, UK etc. and many oil field service providers in India. Similarly chains manufactured by us are widely used in sugar industries, process industries, steel industries and automobile industries, conveyor manufacturing etc. Well qualified technical staff and dedicated manpower is our strength.

Product Profile

API coupling for casings, tubings including round and buttress thread in all grades are manufactured. Similarly, industrial chains for sugar industries, engineering industries and all other sectors are manufactured in our plant. Slats used for conveyors and various handling systems are manufactured by us. We do undertake manufacturing of various assemblies, sub assemblies, systems as per customers’ requirement. Our associate company is specialized in manufacturing various handling systems for transfer of material, assembly lines, feeding systems etc. right from concept to execution. Slat type conveyors, screw conveyors, roller conveyor, EOT cranes are our brand products. Providing solution to customers’ requirement is our culture and satisfied customer is our profit.

Our expert quality team make regular checks throughout the production process. The finished products are then tested for full functioning at our in-house testing facility. We have with us services of professional and experienced staff to take care of technical/marketing/commercial/finance and administration operations. Leading by the front, our managing directors, have over four decades of experience in this field, with other associated directors and staff having experience of 25 to 35 years. Their extensive experience in the field of supplying and doing fabrication work for reputed establishments like Oil & Gas sectors, Refineries, Petrochemicals, Pulp & Paper, Power, Shipyard, Port Trusts, Steel and others assist us in successfully meeting the varied requirements of products as well as fabrication job work of our clients.

Infrastructure

Based in Ahmednagar, adjacent to the industrial city of Pune, we have a plant which is a benchmark of engineering excellence in itself. Our state-of-the-art facility is replete with all the modern machinery and equipment. We have separate shops for different products.These are:

Press Shop – handles all types of chain manufacturing.

CNC Shop – keeps a close track of tolerance levels of the products. It is well equipped with precision equipment.
Heat Treatment Shop – we have fluidized bed furnaces, salt bath furnaces and tempering furnaces for different heat treatment applications.

The quality of our products are tested and guaranteed in our in-house testing lab that has all the required instruments.
