Shafts required in various industries such as electrical motors, automobiles, pumps, machines etc. are manufactured by us. Shafts machined can be supplied in heat treated condition, electro plated or as per customers need.

Pins, bushes etc machined components requiring close tolerances are manufactured by us. Material of construction in low carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, nonferrous material and tool steel can be used as per specification.

Plain bearing races for roller bearings, ball bearings and taper roller bearings are manufactured by us. We can supply bearings in SAE 52100 grade, SAE 8620 grade as on specified. Close dimensioned tolerances, quality and profile is accurately maintained.

Components used in automobile sector are manufactured by us as per drawing. Various measuring gauges to maintain dimensioned tolerances are developed to maintain consistency in production. Required surface treatment also can be done. We do undertake manufacturing of complete automobile assemblies and sub assemblies.
